Michael D. Navratil
Law Practice:
Mr. Navratil is a partner of the firm. He concentrates his practice in the area of professional liability defense. Over the years he has actively defended scores of physicians and attorneys in Nevada. He has tried several jury trials in Clark County, Nevada courts, and has secured judicial dismissals of a number of doctors and lawyers through aggressive discovery and motion practice.
Biographical Information:
While in law school Mr. Navratil clerked for several trial intensive firms in Las Vegas, Nevada. He obtained “hands on” experience in major motion and appellate writing, which he quickly adapted to his cases upon becoming an active attorney. Mr. Navratil is recognized by his peers as one of the most thorough attorneys in Las Vegas at preparing a case for disposition by motion or at trial.
