Law Practice:
Mr. Vitatoe concentrates his practice in professional liability defense and business litigation. Mr. Vitatoe possesses experience representing a broad range of clients including providers of health care, attorneys, accounting professionals, licensed clinical social workers, and business owners. He has both prosecuted and defended claims in State and Federal Court through appeal.

Biographical Information:
During law school, Mr. Vitatoe externed for both Justice Michael L. Douglas of the Nevada Supreme Court and for the Honorable Judge Roger L. Hunt in the federal U.S. District Court-District of Nevada. In addition, in two successive legal internships, Mr. Vitatoe gained significant business and intellectual property experience interning for the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC)-a world-leading mixed martial arts company. The UFC subsequently hired Mr. Vitatoe as a Legal and Business clerk and then as a Strategic Web Analyst.

Upon graduation, Mr. Vitatoe served as a law clerk to the Honorable Elissa F. Cadish in the Eighth Judicial District. After completion of his clerkship, Mr. Vitatoe joined one of the largest law firms in Nevada where he focused his practice in the areas of civil litigation, entertainment law, and intellectual property matters.
