Law Practice:
Mr. Weiss concentrates his practice in the areas of hospital/medical and other professional liability defense, along with premises liability and negligence defense. Mr. Weiss has extensive experience with litigating matters at every stage, from initial commencement all the way through trial.

Biographical Information:
Prior to becoming an associate with the firm, Mr. Weiss gained significant experience in construction defect and other insurance defense at a local firm. Mr. Weiss also clerked for an immigration firm, where he handled business and personal immigration cases.

During law school, Mr. Weiss acted as a student attorney with the Thomas & Mack Education Advocacy Clinic, representing clients in their interactions with the Clark County School District. Mr. Weiss externed for the Eighth Judicial District Court's Family Mediation Center, where he became familiar with mediating difficult cases to resolution. Mr. Weiss was also a legal extern for then-U.S. Senator and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. During his final semester, Mr. Weiss won the International Association of Gaming Advisors Shannon Bybee Scholarly Paper Award.
